Over the last twelve years, our staff has grown from 6 to over 45 people as we have expanded and developed. Our call center facility is located in Managua, Nicaragua with our financial partners based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Nexus Teleservices facility is designated as an independent Tax-Free Zone in Managua, Nicaragua. It is located in a 24-hour electronic secure commercial building with convenient access to public transportation, shopping districts, hotels, freight carriers, customs, and the international airport. Facilities are professional grade with space currently available to support a staff of 45+ for various clients’ needs.

Experience

Our senior management has more than thirty years of call center outsourcing experience. Nexus Teleservices has provided various services (customer services, telemarketing, telesales, market research, lead generation) to DirecTV, Restaurant.com, IResidential Lending, WebMD, My Education Source, Dell Computer, VOIP, Serrula Research and others.
