In many instances the potential attendee desires “more information” about the event before advancing to the next step in the process (i.e., purchasing or confirming (free) event participation). Event Management

  • Depending on your company´s needs Nexus Teleservices can use your existing or previous client list, an unqualified list that you provide or we can source calling lists from a variety of third parties. This list may or may not include prospect email addresses. We provide list scrubbing services to eliminate duplicate names, phone numbers and email addresses.

  • If you desire to promote your event initially via email, we can use your company´s email design or personalize the email contents based on your ideas. We recommend multiple versions of the email to allow for A/B testing of the effectiveness of the open and response rate. The email call to action may be an attendee self-confirmation via an online registration form or an inbound toll-free call to our call-center for registration.

  • The telephone sales presentation (script) that our staff uses is determined and fully customized by your company, to ensure consistency of how we promote your brand and event. Based on extensive years of experience we can offer you suggestions on fine tuning the sales presentation.

  • Since our telephone representatives will be making unqualified attendee contacts (i.e., cold-calls) we offer both progressive and predictive telephone dialing systems for high levels of productivity and attendee lead generation.

  • After we have identified and qualified an attendee lead, we provide a variety of options for the next phase of the cycle. We can register the attendee for the event via an on-line form, we can send the attendee lead information in real-time to your internal marketing team, we can “post” the information directly to your in-house CRM system, or we can send you the attendee information electronically at end of day. If there is a need to send information to the attendee prospect prior to registering, we can do that via email or fax and then do a follow up outbound telephone call to confirm registration.

  • Finally, based on experience, we do a “reminder” outbound telephone call prior to the event date to increase the final attendee participation rate

  • After the event, we can do follow up contacts via outbound telephone calls to determine attendee satisfaction, the need for additional information or contact by your company.
